About the Role
We are looking for an experienced OTR/L to join our team of pediatric specialists. Our OTR/L will:
Be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to children with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities
Assess the child's needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services
Have a passion for working with children and have excellent communication and organizational skills
Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients
Assess, evaluate, diagnose and treat fine/gross motor, visual perception, visual motor, handwriting, sensory integration/processing delays, cross body delays, neurological delays, reflex integration, eye/hand coordination and more
Provide training and education to family, caregivers and colleagues as needed
Work in collaboration with multiple disciplines.
