About the Role
Becoming a Foundations Therapy Receptionist includes:
Heading up the front desk to greet patients and their family(ies)
Scheduling appointments, including rescheduling
Answering the telephone
Keeping the clinic clean, including sanitizing chairs, doors, etc.
Following company guidelines on document preparation, collection and scanning
Preparing copies as needed for the therapists
Ordering supplies
Posting copays and payments
Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as various clinic management software
Requirements
Knowledge of and practical experience with Microsoft Office products
A willingness to learn new things
Adaptability to clinic routines
