About the Role

Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) would have:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD

  • Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of clients

Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with ASD is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder and have the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply.


Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) would be expected to:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect data on client progress and behavior

  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

  • Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills

  • Collaborate with families and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions
